ONLINE INVOICES

How to Create an Invoice?

Go to Invoices Tab – select Add Invoice.

How to Edit an Invoice?

Select your Invoice – Make changes and Save.

How to Send an Invoice?

Open your Invoice – select Email – select Send.

How to Send a Reminder for an Invoice?

Open your Invoice – select Email – select Send.

How to Add a Payment for an Invoice?

Open your Invoice – select Enter Payment.

How to Remove a Payment for an Invoice?

Open Invoice – Select Payment option – select View – Delete Payment

How to Create and Estimate?

Go to Estimates Tab and select Add Estimate.

How to Edit an Estimate?

Select your Estimate – Make changes and Save.

How to Send an Estimate?

Open your Estimate – select Email – select Send.

How to Delete an Estimate?

Open your Estimate – select Delete.

How to Convert an Estimate into an Invoice?

Open your Estimate – select Convert to Invoice and Save.

How to Create an Item?

Go to Items Tab and select Add Item.

How to Edit an Item?

Select your Item – Make changes and Save.

How to Remove an Item?

To Remove an item that has not been used select Delete to permanently remove the item.

How to Archive an Item?

To Remove an item that has been used – make inactive by unchecking the Active box.

How to Create a Client?

Go to Clients Tab and select Add Client.

Open Client – make changes – Save.

How to Archive a Client?

Open Client – uncheck the Active box.

How to Change my Password?

The password can be changed in Settings/User Section.

How to Cancel my Account?

An account can be cancelled by clicking on the Cancel Account link in Account Settings accessible through Account / General Settings / Account
